Q. Is the reservation made through the official website paid in advance or on-site?
A. Both advance payment and on-site payment are available.
Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?
A. Please make any changes or cancellations through the reservation website. If the modification deadline has passed, please contact us.
Please note that a cancellation fee may apply.
Q. Are there any fees for changing or canceling a reservation?
A. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the reservation plan. Please check the details of your plan.
Q.How far in advance can I make a reservation?
A. Generally, reservations can be made up to six months in advance. However, this may vary depending on the website.
Q. Is it possible for juveniles to book a room/stay?
A. The guests who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Please download the form from this link, fill it out, and bring it with you at the time of check-in.
Q. Is it possible to stay for more than one month?
A. Yes, it is possible. Please contact us for information regarding the rates.
Q. Is it possible to extend or shorten my stay during my stay?
A. Extensions are subject to availability. We will check and inform you of any additional charges. If you wish to shorten your stay, please consult with us.

Q. Where do we check in? At the front desk of the hotel?
A. Please check in at Pine Rent A Car’s main office.
*If you are staying at ecot Irabu Ohashi Premier: Please check in at Palm Springs Miyakojima's Guest Service Center
Q. What time is check-in/check-out? Can I extend?
A. The check-in is from 3pm to 9pm and the check-out is until 11 am. Regarding the extension of check-out time, the lastest time is 13:00,
and 1000 JPY/hour will be charged extrally.
*Please note that the check-in time will be different for same-day reservations. (18:00-21:00)
Q. Do you offer a shuttle service?
A. Yes, we do. (Please note that shuttle service is not available for ecot Irabu Ohashi Sunset Hills and ecot Sunayama Beach.)
Please make a reservation by 5:00 PM the day before your intended use.
When making a reservation, we will ask for your arrival and departure flight information, so please have that ready in advance.
Q. Can you hold my luggage?
A. Yes, we can hold your luggage at the check-in location of each facility. Please make sure to pick it up during business hours.
Q. I'd like to send my luggage in advance. Can you receive it?
A. Yes, we can receive it. However, the shipping address differs depending on the accommodation, so please make sure to contact us in advance.
Please note that if you send your luggage directly to the accommodation without prior notice, we may not be able to accept it.
Q. What payment options do I have when paying at the reception?
A. You can pay by cash, by credit card or by various electronic payment services.
Q. Do you clean the guest room every day? What cleaning services do you provide if I stay for multiple days?
A. To make sure that you can relax in perfect privacy during your stay, we do not clean the guest room every day if you are staying for two or more nights.
Additional cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Ask us for information.
Q. If you find something left behind in a guest room after the guest has checked out, what do you do?
A. We will notify the person who made the reservation. You can choose to have the item shipped to your specified address by cash on delivery, or pick it up at the hotel, or at one of our specified locations.
Q. Can I stay with my children without additional charges by sharing a bed with them? Up to how many children can share with me?
A. Children up to five years of age can stay without additional charge by sharing a bed with their adult guardian. (We do not provide toiletries for children who share a bed with their adult guardian.)
Six years and older: Each child who is six years old or older will be counted as an adult and will be charged accordingly.
The maximum number of children who can share a bed with an adult is specified separately for each room type. Check the room information before making a reservation.
■Equipment and facilities available
Q. Is there parking space? Can I use it for free?
A. Yes, you can park your car free of charge in our parking space.
Q. Am I allowed to smoke in the hotel? Is there a smoking space on the premises?
A. Smoking is prohibited in all the buildings. Use the specified outdoor smoking space near the entrance to each building if you wish to smoke.
Q. Do all the guest rooms have a kitchen? Do you provide cooking utensils and seasonings?
A. Most of the guest rooms are equipped with a kitchen but some are not. See the official website of the hotel for more information.
Cooking utensils are provided in all the rooms equipped with a kitchen; seasonings are not provided, so make sure to bring your own.
Q. What toiletries and personal care items do you provide?
A. A convenient set of toiletries and personal care items is provided including shampoo & conditioner, body wash, toothbrush kit, hairbrush, cotton pads and swabs, shaving razor, bathing towel, face wash foam which can also be used to remove makeup, face towel and bath towel.
*Note that we do not provide toiletries for children who stay by sharing a bed with an adult.
Q. Is there a washing machine or laundry machine?
A. Availability varies depending on the guest room type. See the hotel’s official website for more information.
Q. Can I rent baby or infant gear?
A. You can rent baby gear such as baby chairs, baby beds and baby carts.
Whether there is room for the baby gear in the guest room depends on the guest room type. Ask us for more information.
Q.Is there Wi-Fi?
A. Yes, free Wi-Fi can be used in the guest rooms.
Q. Is there a restaurant at the hotel? Do you serve food?
A. There are no restaurants at any of our hotels.
Q. Are the bathing and toilet spaces separate in the guest room?
A. Yes. All the guest rooms have separate bathing and toilet spaces.
Some guest rooms do not have a bathtub and have a shower booth only. See the hotel’s official website for more information.
Q. Do you have barrier-free access facilities?
A. We’re sorry, but we do not have barrier-free rooms available.
However, our group hotel, Hotel California Miyakojima Resort, offers a universal room. Please check the official website for details on facilities and accessibility features.
Q. Can I stay with my pet animal at the hotel?
A. We are sorry, but lodging with any type of pet animal is prohibited.
